PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Crowther Group was awarded our 1st construction project with a confidential electrical service client in June 2023. The 11,350 SF Renovation and 1,200 SF addition project team will consist of DCP for Program Management and Bennet Partners for Architecture.

This project includes a complete interior demolition and renovation including new security fencing and fuel station.

In alignment with our Core Value of Diversity and Inclusive Growth, Crowther Group will be utilizing over 50% of local Dallas Fort Worth Based Minority and Women Business Entities on key tier 2 scopes such as Electrical, Roofing, Structural Steel, Concrete, Site Utilities, Landscaping, Mechanical, and Misc. Interior Trades. The project started in the Fall of 2023 with substantial completion in the Summer of 2024.
